No, 60 or 70 is too many for the venue.

Re-Saturday night, it's probably better to just let people do what they want
in Manchester, there are plenty of bars etc. If you'd wanted to plan a
conference dinner or something, you'd probably have needed to do this before
now?

We have only very rough estimates for numbers of people of course. But
I think in both cases it won't be more than 20 people.

I'll also add this information to the visitor FAQ.

Do you think they can also host a social event for say 60-70 persons
on Saturday evening?
